Does the camera support 5G Wi-Fi? It can only work with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It is recommended to keep the camera close to the router for a stable connection. Can I rotate the camera remotely with the app? Unfortunately, the camera can only be set and focused on one position, it cannot pan/tilt with the app. However, you can adjust it to the angle you desire and remotely view it through the app.

Why is the screen of the Security Camera upside down? If you have placed the Security Camera on the ceiling, please enable "Rotate Image" in the ‘Audio & Video’ settings. Why can't the Indoor Camera record video to my SD Card? Your SD Card might not be recognized by the Camera, please use an SD card between 8-64GB in size and format it in FAT 32. Does the camera support multiple accounts viewing simultaneously? Yes, you can invite family and friends to register an Osaio account and share access to the camera by entering their Osaio account email address. (Note: The same account cannot be used on different devices.)
